Westchester home management manages the day to day requirements of your property, minimizing vacancies, and maximizing income. We coordinate routine and emergency repairs, negotiate trash removal, and handle security, grounds keeping, and janitorial contracts. We will solicit bids from prospective vendors and recommend an appropriate vendor to the property owner, or landlord. We handle rental agreements, collect rent, and respond to requests from tenants as well.
Westchester Home Management is familiar with local, state, and federal laws. We perform background checks to prevent bad tenants from renting your property, are available to show your property to potential tenants and can help you evict a problem tenant if needed. We can handle payables, making sure that rent is collected, insurance premiums are paid, and that mortgages, taxes, and bills are handled on time.
Each property presents itself with its own unique day to day requirements, which is why we custom tailor our contracts to meet the properties needs and the owners expectations.
